How important are size charts?

At No Shit Shirts , we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we kindly ask you to take a look at our size charts before placing your order. Unfortunately, every return creates a carbon footprint, which is why we want to avoid incorrect orders. That's why we provide a size chart for every product. This way, you can ensure that the product you order fits you perfectly and meets your expectations.
How can I best care for my products?

Our products are made from high-quality organic cotton or sustainable recycled materials – environmentally friendly and especially kind to the skin. You can always find the exact composition directly in the product description below the product images. Proper care is essential to ensure you enjoy your favorite items for a long time. Here are a few tips for optimal cleaning and care:

As a general rule: Wash the garments inside out at low temperatures (30°C) with a mild, environmentally friendly detergent. Avoid dry cleaning and bleach, and always iron inside out, but never directly on the design. Air dry the clothes, ideally in the shade, to protect the colors and shape. This way, your No Shit Shirts will stay beautiful and sustainable for a long time.
Are all No Shit Shirts products sustainable?

What do all our products have in common? They're sustainably produced to minimize our environmental footprint. In addition to organic cotton, we also use blends with recycled fibers in some products to ensure functionality and durability. We pay attention to this in every single product – from the fiber of your No Shit Shirt to the ink of your No Shit Poster. All our products are certified with sustainability labels and certificates. You can find detailed information about materials and certifications in the product description above. Furthermore, all our packages are plastic-free. Most importantly, we only print on demand. This prevents stock from ending up in the trash. Each item is only sent to print once you've clicked the order button.
Sustainability & sales... how do they fit together?

With us, every item is made to order. This way, we don't have any stock that ends up in the trash. Every No Shit product that's returned to us gets a second chance and a second life. That's why our bargains, which you'll find in the navigation above, aren't typical sales, but rather a way to sustainably reuse returned items (and save money in the process). Therefore, these products aren't available in every size and color. Of course, we do sometimes have genuine deals and sales – we're completely honest about that.

It's only fair (and legally required) to give customers the right to cancel or withdraw an order. This can lead to temporary overstocking. To ensure that these made-to-order items don't go unused, we're offering them to you at a reduced price.

Ordering & Shipping
Can I change my order after I've placed it?

This is possible as long as the products are still in production and your order hasn't been shipped. The same applies to changing the delivery address. Please contact us via our contact form or call us directly!
How do I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package online. However, each of our products is printed individually for you upon order, so it may take a few days before you receive the shipping confirmation email. You will receive your order confirmation immediately after placing your order.
How long does shipping take?

Our products are manufactured only after you place your order. Therefore, the manufacturing time is added to the actual delivery time. For manufacturing and shipping within Germany and the EU, the delivery time after receipt of payment can be between approximately 7 and 14 business days. Deliveries outside the EU generally take between approximately 11 and 18 business days.
How much are the shipping costs?

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order. Shipping costs within the entire EU are €7.90. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, costs range from €9.90 to €13.90, depending on the destination country.

Production and shipping begin after successful receipt of payment. For payments made in advance, the processing time therefore only starts once your payment has been received.

What happens if I pay in a different currency?

What are the return shipping costs?

We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. That's why we recommend you take a careful look at our size charts before ordering. This is the only way to ensure that the product you want fits perfectly and meets your expectations. A precise comparison with your measurements will help avoid incorrect orders and unnecessary shipping.

How long do I have to return a product?

Once you have received your delivery, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that you must notify us of your cancellation within this period. To do so, simply fill out our return form or contact us directly by email. Customers outside the EU are not entitled to a right of withdrawal .
Returns: What is the process?

Sometimes, despite careful selection, a product doesn't fit or you simply don't like it, and you'd like to return it to us. You have two options: The best way is to simply fill out our return form , and we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange the return and refund. Alternatively, you can send us an email directly with all the relevant information regarding your right of withdrawal ; you'll also find the corresponding return address there.

Returned items are not thrown away, but resold at special prices in our bargain section . Therefore, we only accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged goods .
